A slip of mind by Hillary:
Clinton -'I have "a little chuckle to myself" when Sanders and I spar over healthcare policy'
'Where was he when I was trying to get health care in ’93 and ’94?,'
Sanders - ' here standing right behind you,' ...'by the way here is the handwritten note from you in 1993 thanking me for my help with the healthcare initiative'
Hillary Clinton attempted to humorously take an aim at Bernie sanders healthcare policy on Friday that later backfired on her.
Clinton, who spoke at a rally in St. Louis, said that Bernie Sanders has not always advocated for a single-payer health care system as his campaign claims, according to the New York Times.
Clinton quipped that she has 'a little chuckle to myself' when Sanders and she spar over healthcare policy. She has accused Sanders of distorting her record.

Well, as a photo posted by Sanders spokesperson Mike casa reveals, Clinton was standing directly behind her during a 1994 news conference during which Clinton spoke about spoke about the need to provide universal, single-payer healthcare to all Americans.
Clinton spokesperson Jennifer Palieri retorted: ‘Exactly, he was standing behind her.'
'She was out in front,' she added.
Not only was Bernie caught on camera behind the then First Lady, Mrs. Clinton wrote Sanders a handwritten note in 1993 thanking him for his dedication to helping all Americans get healthcare.
'To Bernie Sanders with thanks for your commitment to real health care access for all Americans and best wishes — Hillary Rodham Clinton 1993,' reads the letter which was posted to Bernie Sanders' Twitter page along with a photo of the two in what appears to be an intimate discussion.
