The aspiring singer , 22, who was the daughter of the late Whitney Houston , had an autopsy after her death last year, but the results were left sealed.
She was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Atlanta in January, and tragically died after four months in a coma.
Prosecutors opposed the report's release, arguing in a court document that it would "compromise the integrity" of an ongoing criminal investigation into the celebrity daughter's death.
Last August, the conservator of Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate filed a wrongful death lawsuit accusing her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, of causing the death. A spokesman for Gordon called the lawsuit "slanderous and meritless."
But Fulton County Superior Court Judge Henry Newkirk has now told Reuters he unsealed the autopsy report on Thursday at the request of Atlanta television station WXIA, and it could be made public later in the day.
Newkirk said prosecutors told him the criminal probe is ongoing. A spokeswoman for the Fulton County District Attorney's office did not comment.
Brown was an aspiring singer and the only child of the late Houston.
Brown's death came three years after her Grammy-award-winning mother drowned in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills hotel .
It's been reported that Bobbi Kristina's father, the singer Bobby Brown, is having another child . The singer is said to be expecting his third baby with wife Alicia Etheredge, according to reports by the New York Daily News
Bobby has been married to the television producer since 2012 and the couple already have a son, Cassius, and daughter Bobhi together. And it seems the happy couple are keen to expand their brood if the source, who's apparently close to the couple, is to be believed.
