Kesha 'was filmed denying under oath that Dr Luke raped or drugged her in 2011 video testimony' but the singer's lawyer says she was threatened into giving the statement
Kesha has thanked fans for the outpouring of support amid her ongoing legal fight as a 2011 video emerged showing the pop star saying under oath that producer Dr Luke never drugged her or made 'sexual advances.' The video was recorded when DAS Communications sued Kesha after she fired them in 2008. The company claimed Dr Luke pressured the pop star to cut ties with them. They were seeking $14million from Kesha and $12million from Dr Luke. The case was settled out of court.

However, Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos claimed to TMZ that Dr Luke forced the pop star to lie under oath and threatened to destroy her career and family.
Geragos on Tuesday told the gossip site Dr Luke forced the 'We R Who We R' singer to lie under oath, and the terrified pop star believed he was powerful enough to carry out alleged threats.
'Dr Luke repeatedly threatened that if she ever told anyone about these abusive incidents, he would destroy both Ms Sebert and her entire family,' a portion of her lawsuit reads.
'Specifically, after he drugged and raped Ms. Sebert, Dr Luke took her down the beach alone to 'have a talk' with her.
'He threatened that if she ever mentioned the rape to anyone, he would shut her career down, take away all her publishing and recording rights, and otherwise destroy not only her life but her entire family's lives as well,' the lawsuit reads.
On Monday the 'Tik Tok' singer shared a somber selfie, writing on Instagram: 'I am beyond words in gratitude.
'Thank you is not enough but it is all I have. A million times over and forever thank you.
'The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much,' she wrote, adding a heart emoji.
'A statement too large for this format is coming...' she added.

The edited video, published by TMZ and obtained from a Dr Luke source, shows Kesha answering questions about the abuse allegations, which came up when she and Dr Luke were being sued by her ex-manager David Sonenberg of DAS Communications.
In the deposition video, a man's voice can be heard questioning Kesha and her mother about the allegations, and the singer denies under oath being roofied or that Dr Luke made 'sexual advances.'
Kesha, 28, is attempting to get out of her Sony contract, saying Dr Luke sexually and emotionally abused her for years. Her request was denied by a New York judge on Friday, prompting outrage from fans and support from other pop stars including Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift and Kelly Clarkson.

'Did you ever have intimate relations with Gottwald?' a man asks in the video, referring to Dr Luke's real name of Lukasz Gottwald.
'No,' says Kesha, who wears a white shirt and appears calm and relaxed.
I don't know what my mother told to David, I know that Dr Luke never made sexual advances at me,' she says.
Later, Kesha is asked: 'Did Dr Luke ever give you a roofie?'
'No,' she replies.
