San Francisco tries to refund dead Apple Founder Steve Jobs $176 for an overpaid parking ticket... five YEARS after he died

Really. Where have these 'public' record keepers been??
He's been dead for five years, but San Francisco is trying to repay Steve jobs exactly $176 for an overpaid parking ticket.
The Apple founder tragically passed away at 56 of pancreatic cancer in October of 2011. He left behind his wife, his four children, and apparently a ticket he paid too much for or paid twice, despite his known efforts to eliminate the possibility of ever getting a ticket.
Jobs changed his car every six months to avoid so he having to get a license plate, which is loophole in the rules in the state of California.

was known for parking in handicap parking spaces on Apple's campus, according to The Washington Post.
Though, like PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel, California attorney general Kamala Harris and Travis Kalanick, the chief executive of Uber, he was added to a list of drivers who overpaid on parking tickets from 1995 to 2012
According to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), it has listed in a series of alphabetical PDF files of those who paid too much on their ticket or to those who paid their ticket twice.
Those that wish to claim their refund can do so by filling out a two-page form giving your name and address. SFMTA will then contact those parties within three weeks and they can expect a check within 30 days, according to The Register.
